JUDY CLARK

Judy Clark is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years of experience in healthcare. She specializes in treating mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder, thought disorders like schizophrenia, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions such as PTSD, and ADHD. Judy's expertise spans both inpatient and outpatient settings, allowing her to provide comprehensive, individualized care for a wide range of mental health challenges.

Judy warmly welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life, fostering an inclusive, respectful space for everyone. With a deep commitment to mental well-being compassionate understanding, she is dedicated to walking alongside you on your journey toward a healthier, more balanced life.

In addition to psychotropic treatments, Judy emphasizes holistic and lifestyle approaches to mental health, including regular exercise, mind-body practices like meditation, sleep hygiene, social connection, and behavioral strategies such as cognitive reframing. She also integrates the use of supplements where appropriate to support overall well-being.

Elizabeth Shirk | APRN, PMHNP-BC

She is a compassionate PMHNP devoted to excellent patient care. She has worked both inpatient and outpatient with all ages. She specializes in mood disorders such as bipolar disorder and depression and Spectrum disorders such as schizophrenia. While working outpatient, she has treated mood disorders, spectrum disorders, ADHD, anxiety, and behavioral disorder. She believes that psychotherapy and lifestyle modifications at times paired with medications offer a whole person treatment approach. She is excited to help the community. "Mental health is not a destination, but a process. It's about how you drive, not where you're going". “Your mental health is a priority, your happiness essential, and self-care is a necessity”. 

ELIZABETH SHIRK
APRN, PMHNP-BC

Elizabeth Shirk, PMHNP, joined Tranquil Pathways as a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2024. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain University in Atlanta, and her Masters in nursing with a concentration of Psychiatric Mental Health throughout the life span from Herzing University. 

Elizabeth is Board Certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Neuroscience Education Institute (NEI). She has worked in healthcare for many years but has been devoted to mental health since 2018.

Ashley Davis| APRN, PMHNP-BC

ASHLEY DAVIS
DNP,APRN,PMHNP-BC

Ashley Davis is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in both critical care nursing and community-based mental health services. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Her clinical background includes several years with the Veterans Affairs healthcare system, extensive experience caring for critically ill patients across multiple hospital intensive care units, and ongoing service in community mental health care.

Ashley's work spans every stage of care, from high-acuity hospital settings to the ongoing mental health needs of individuals and families. Guided by compassion and clinical excellence, she is committed to reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness and improving access to quality psychiatric care, particularly for underserved communities. Through advocacy, education, and evidence-based treatment, she helps patients feel seen, heard, and supported in their journey toward healing.

Ashley will complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2026, further strengthening her leadership and clinical expertise. As a nurse practitioner, educator, and advocate, she continues to pursue her calling to serve her community with excellence and purpose.

Practice hours:

​

- Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM

(with a lunch break from 1 PM to 2 PM)

 

- Two alternating Saturdays monthly: 10 AM to 2 PM

- Closed for all Major Holidays and Sundays.

non-emergent calls. Responses will be provided during regular business hours.

 

Evaluations are conducted by appointment only.
